We worked with Jenny Hall and she was amazing. She went above and beyond helping us with our complicated international adoption. When we called her, she eased our fears and walked us through every step of the process. Our adoption process took many months, but through it all Jenny remained available, never more than a phone call or email away. She is also a certified notary which came in handy a couple of times during our process. I would definitely work with her again and would recommend her to anyone I know.

Cody Allison has been my savior in fighting for my disability against my employer sponsored private disability plan. The disability company refused to accept the opinions of all of my physicians who stated I was disabled for numerous reasons, which was a hopeless situation for me. I researched disability attorneys after my first denial and found Cody Allison to stand out above all others. This positive impression of him has only magnified since working with him as he has helped me win both my first appeal, and then when the disability company dropped me upon my first contract with Cody ending, my second appeal. The second appeal fought to prove I was not able to work any occupation so this was a major accomplishment. His appeal letters were amazing in the amount of detail and research he conducted from prior national cases that were similar to my situation in which the disability company ignored the professional opinions of my treating physicians, and caused great hardship on me physically and financially. He outlined my medical issues in such intricacy which was no simple feat considering the complexity of my medical conditions – he understands all of my health issues better than some of my physicians! Since I am basically bed or recliner bound and cannot drive, Cody came to my home for our initial meeting and to sign all of the paperwork which was so thoughtful. He also called me personally to talk through good or bad news and was even kind enough to help me with a small legal matter not related to disability as a favor. The other staff at his office with whom I worked, Barb and Phyllis, have been a blessing as well. Barb has helped me through my panic attacks when my disability company dropped me and was always available for my questions even when on vacation. She has spent so much time on the phone with me helping me understand the process and just lending an ear over the past 3+ years that I consider her a friend. Phyllis has also been wonderful about reassuring me when I am worried about what could happen when the disability company requests documentation to be completed. She has been very helpful and caring in making my life easier since I am so sick. I would recommend Cody Allison to anyone needing disability. Do not wait until the final appeal – talk to Cody as soon as you receive the first denial and do not wait since there are time limits. Cody should be involved in the first appeal because if you do one little thing incorrectly in the first appeal you may ruin your chances of receiving any disability. Disability companies deny based on age and salary regardless of illness I have learned, so it is important to seek help from Cody no matter how gravely ill you are. I am so glad I sought his help; if I had not, I would not be receiving any disability.

Before finding Jenny's information, I had called another local attorney. I was immediately put off by his coldness and lack of concern for my feelings regarding a very sensitive case. I looked for other options as soon as I could. It was then that I found Jenny. I called her, half expecting the experience to be the same as the previous attorney and it was the direct opposite. She was warm, congratulatory and sympathetic to my concerns. She spent time talking to me through the case and she made me feel like I mattered. I spent six years hoping for the moment that Jenny was able to achieve and she did it with grace and ease. We love her dearly. She was a delight to work with, she was incredible with our daughter and did everything with joy and a smile on her face. There is no one better for adoption cases than Jenny.

Jenny is absolutely fabulous! My husband wanted to adopt my adult daughter, as he's been her father in all ways, except biologically, for many years. Jenny facilitated this process for us.
