Well...what can I say? I gave them a clear cut case of malpractice. Prior to this, I was a Bindsman in Vegas for 20 years and I spoke with a few colleagues who said I had a slam dunk case. This is a Tennessee firm where the incident occurred, but they denied my case before even reviewing the medical records. In my years in the legal industry I have dealt with laziness in some firms, but this takes the cake...lol.

Daniel Clayton and the team at Kinnard Clayton & Beveridge fight like crazy for their clients. They truly go above and beyond. I am very grateful for their representation on my son’s case.

Mary Ellen Morris did an outstanding job overseeing the entire case from collection of medical records, to combing through evidence from every angle until she got the results she and my mother felt was well deserved for mom's pain and suffering. I am not a client with this firm. So my stars is not for that it’s for the service that I just received through intake.. For something so simple like listening to my situation.. I called another law firm (David R smith) before contacting this firm and the intake lady their disgusted me because of how rude she was.. so yes I will give the intake 4 stars just because of my experience through intake.. I would definitely like for this law office to take my case if they choose to take it!
