This lawyer is by far the most inclusive and productive attorney we have ever come across (we have had a few unfortunately). She will fight for you, with you, and include you in every step of the way! Truly grateful for this woman and her team! Not only we we able to come out on top we settled a case that no one person thought was possible!

Abby and her team fought so hard for me and my son during my divorce. I cannot even put into words how much I trust her and Kim. They were so reliable, they explained the process to me, they helped make sure that I had the information I needed to make the best decisions I could. Ms. Rubenfeld and her team helped me through my divorce 5 years ago. I was very young with a newborn while trying to navigate a divorce due to my husband's infidelity. Abby met with me whenever I needed, emailed with me as long as I needed to, and returned my calls when I needed. She provided the best possible advice, and she fought for me even when I was ready to give up and give in. Even when I simply needed to vent, she always seemed to listen. When we would go to mediation and she would see my frustration, she would fight harder for me. When we would go to court and she would see my fear, she would reassure me. She was also always willing to work with me financially if needed. To this day when problems arise, she is still willing to provide the best legal advice. I have always been in awe of her talent and wisdom.

I was surprised by a civil action with a court hearing 2500 miles away with 3 business days of notice. Abby was kind enough to represent me very well on very short notice and prevent a very sneaky bushwhacking from being successful. At successive hearings we were able to reach a reasonable agreement.

I made the best decision when I hired Abby to handle my divorce. Abby, Kim & Joan were there when I had any questions or needed clarification on the process at hand. Abby Rubenfeld gets straight to the point and effectively manages issues. She is mindful of client's needs and finances, and is reasonable to work with. She managed to get custody changed for me in a short period of time, after spending twice as much with another attorney and having nothing done for over a year. I was referred to Abby by an attorney in Utah for a guardianship issue regarding a minor in Tennessee (I live out of state). Abby and her staff were able to get to my case quickly and were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring.

I was devistaed the day I found out my husband had a girlfriend. I had known him since I was 15yrs old. We were married 33yrs. He was 54, I was 51 and his girlfriend was 35.
