Hello I am Jerry Larsen. Me and a Special friend that I take on vacation every year had the unfortunate experience of getting rear ended in Nashville and the results were not good. We live in Nebraska and we were on our way to camp in the Great Smokey Mountains for 2 weeks. On the second day of our trip we were rear ended by a guy doing 75 miles per hour and our camper was totaled. However I was lucky enough to find the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm and Patrick Kilgore handled our case. We were able to settle our case to the degree that we were compensated more than what we expected. Patrick and the rest of the firm were great to have on our side. The Law Office of Michael Rivas was the worst experience I have ever had from any laywer I have ever meet or spoke with and that is an understatement. I have spoken to many lawyers to help with my custody case but he was the only laywer that charged a flat rate fee for a consultation but yet did not bother to listen to the story or even look at the files I brought and even provide a bit of legal advice. In the middle of our meeting, he stop me from speaking and said I talk too much and that my story doesn't make sense which I think that is unexceptable when a client has paid for the time. Please do not waste your money on any consultation with this lawyer. They are not only not professional, they do not have a real office. We were greeted at the lobby by some one and they led us to what looks like an art center with rooms for rent for meetings.

Patrick Kilgore handled my injury case. Patrick was very helpful and gracious throughout my first experience with a lawsuit. I am pleased with the outcome and would call him again if I need a lawyer.
