I was in an accident and had never experienced that before. I passed their office in Hendersonville everyday on my way home, and thought it was close and had heard good things about the company. I was greeted and taken care of immediately, treated with respect and they picked up the ball with all my descriptions of what my circumstances were. My calls and emails always returned promptly, and if I didn’t inquire they always kept me in the loop as to my status at all times. I’m so thankful I made the choice to do business with them, because they walked me thru what would have been a very scary time. I turned it all over to them. It was a great relief, and I actually got a fair settlement. I highly recommend them, as an excellent company if you are ever in a car wreck or personal injury. Linda H.

Rocky McElhaney and his team took our case to trial. The insurance company would not pay what our case was worth so we didn't settle. the jury awarded us 8x more then insurance company offered the day before trial..
