A great lawyer and a very hard worker!

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and disappointment with Andrew Beasley Law Firm. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others who might be considering their services. From the very beginning, Andrew Beasley Law Firm seemed promising. They presented themselves as a reputable and professional firm, but my experience was a stark contrast to their polished facade. I initially chose them because of their supposed expertise and track record. Unfortunately, it quickly became apparent that their commitment to their clients was nothing more than an illusion. To start with, the communication was abysmal. After paying a hefty retainer, I expected to be kept informed about my case. Instead, I found myself constantly chasing after them for updates. My emails and phone calls were often ignored, and when I did manage to get a response, it was usually vague and unhelpful. I felt like I was left in the dark for months on end, with no clear understanding of where my case stood or what steps were being taken. When I did manage to get a response, the information provided was frequently inaccurate or incomplete. It became clear that they were either incompetent or simply disorganized. I often had to correct errors in their work, which was incredibly frustrating and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. It felt like I was more of a burden to them than a valued client. One of the most distressing aspects of my experience was their lack of follow-through on promised actions. They assured me that they would handle certain aspects of my case, but these promises were never fulfilled. Instead, I had to take matters into my own hands and address issues that should have been managed by the firm. This not only added to my stress but also made me question the value of the services I was supposedly paying for. As time went on, it became evident that Andrew Beasley Law Firm was more interested in collecting fees than in actually representing their clients effectively. I paid a significant amount of money upfront, but it felt like I was getting very little in return. The lack of transparency about how my funds were being used only added to my growing sense of distrust and dissatisfaction. In addition to their poor service, their billing practices were questionable. I was hit with unexpected charges and fees that were not clearly explained or justified. When I tried to question these charges, I received evasive answers and insufficient explanations. It was as though they were trying to take advantage of their clients' lack of legal knowledge to extract as much money as possible. Ultimately, my experience with Andrew Beasley Law Firm has been nothing short of a disaster. I feel that they failed to uphold their professional obligations and left me feeling cheated and disillusioned. If you value competent, transparent, and respectful legal representation, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. My advice to anyone considering this firm is to proceed with extreme caution. Don’t make the same mistake I did—your case and your hard-earned money deserve much better.

I had Mr. Tippens as my lawyer when I got into an incident. I had gotten arrested for suspicious of a DUI and also got an implied consent. Mr. Tippen walked me through the entire process and explained everything. We made the decision of fighting the charges and it got reduced to a wreck-less endangerment and probation for 1 year. Mr. Tippen was an amazing lawyer and I would be contacting him again if I run into any issues.

When I first hired Mr. James McVeigh I believed his word of clearing my name and making sure my case was going to be closed. Yet I find myself in a worst position then when I initially started before hiring Mr. James McVeigh. They both in Andrew Beasley made it clear that everything was going to go well and my case was going to be resolved and closed. There were multiple situations where I lost all trust from these guys given the constant promises that never cashed out. I believe they have set me up which explains why I am in a worst position than before. I literally been fighting this case for over four months now and these guys have taken $4800 from me for literally no reason. I did all the work myself as far as gathering evidence and James McVeigh made it seem like he care but he actually didn’t. I paid these guys $4000 for an order of protection case which the petitioner never showed up to court and the case was dismissed due to her disappearance. I literally didn’t need to hire these guys at all because my case literally went nowhere. I have hired another attorney recently and she has done more work then these two combined. Honestly, I feel that I should be awarded a refund of my $4800 spent for absolutely no results. Then, Mr. James McVeigh sent my evidence my information to TSUPD without my consent which has definitely intensified the entire investigation and prolonged my life even more. These guys are completely unprofessional and lack the legal ability to defend their clients. I paid $800 for James McVeigh to participate with me in a second interview with TSUPD and yet once again this guy didn’t help at all. They have said that they know judges that they don’t actually know on numerous occasions. They have made promises in which all turned out to be lies just so take my money. Charging someone $4000 for a order of protection is downright ridiculous and these guys don’t care about my future or my brothers future. I regret my decision of ever hiring these guys to represent me in court. Legal malpractice at its finest people so beware of your choices. I am warning you about this firm now!!! They do not care about you, they care about the money only. That is a fact…I have literally been waiting and stuck in the same position with no results. You guys should destroy any file that you have of me and try not to send anymore information to the police at TSU. Because you have done me no good since I have hired you as my attorney. They sent a email to TSUPD telling them they no longer represent me even though they promised to continue until TSU got back in contact with them. I want my money back because you all literally didn’t help me at all!!! $4800 for nothing complete legal malpractice because I feel they were working with TSUPD the entire time undercover and not conveying anything to me about. Basically trying to screw me over and take my money in which they did in the process. This is absolutely the worst decision I’ve made when hiring someone I felt was going to help me rather than destroy. They have set me up for sure and I have a feeling that they plan something with TSUPD. I want my money back!!! These guys did not help my case at all. All they care about is getting paid and wasting your time. These guys suck at their job that’s for a fact! The worst law firm without a doubt...completely horrible! I have a complaint out on these guys! My case has been jeopardized
