Kevin did exactly what he said he was going to do for me with my DUI case. He is very knowledgeable and has good relationships with both my judge and the DA and was able to get my charge dropped to a reckless driving. I highly recommend him.

-2014 I was in a desperate situation and need a great lawyer, fast! I had known Mr. Kelly from handling other cases at the courthouse and decided to reach out. He immediately sprung into action. I was less than 3 weeks away from a court hearing where I was the defendant on a felony theft conviction from 2008. I was in jeopardy of my probation being violated. When my case was called, Mr. Kelly walked to the podium to address the Judge on my behalf and in one sentence he silenced the courtroom. Mr. Kelly was able to go back and find a technicality which in turn released me from my probation. I was supposed to complete 3 years of probation but it had been violated and continued so many times it actually was 6 years. The District Attorney's own words were " your Honor, I don't have a leg to stand on". I never had to take the stand. Mr. Kelly handled my case with class and when I left the courtroom that day, with the victim present and even though I was originally guilty of the crime 6 years ago, I felt as though I had won.

Kevin is super cool and laid back yet very intellectual. He made my very stressful DUI case smooth, thus easing my anxiety. My particular case ended in a reduced sentence and I am very greatful to kevin for all his hard work. If u are in need of a great lawyer and want someone who will keep you informed and entertained, kevin is your guy! Two thumbs up!!

Mr. Kelly was sent to represent me in place of his partner and became irritated with me after I asked him to file for a change of venue on my behalf. I ultimately ended up in jail because of his actions for contempt of court on this day and Mr. Kelly immediately withdrew himself from my case and abandon me. It is one of the most traumatic experiences I have ever had in my life. My family was told there was nothing that could be done yet several reputable attorneys all agree that a writ should have been filed immediately in Criminal Court. I would not recommend this attorney!!!!!!!!!!
