My family member has Mr Kelley right now as his lawyer and we can't get him to answer the phone or return call as far as I see it he couldn't be more unprofessional if this behavior would change I would be more than happy to change this review I wish we could get the kind of lawyer I read about in the review please Mr Kelley contact your client

He is the most unprofessional, lazy , trifling, horrible “Lawyer ever “ i would recommend him if he was free , don’t waste your money folks , he would literally be the reason you go to jail .. if you don’t listen to any other review please listen too this one RUNNNNN , unless you’re interested in a failure to appear and a nice cold cell , he will also ignore your calls after you pay & lie and tell you the case is over and he handled it , he still haven’t closed this case & it’s been years , PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY

This lawyer was appointed as my husband's public defender. At the stand when my husband asked him a simple question, this lawyer ask him "WTF you talking about?". That is so unprofessional. He also didn't explain well about things. I thought my husband had a decent attorney until I saw and heard that. I wouldn't recommend this attorney at all. If he can't be professional and is not happy of defending people who can't afford an attorney then he needs to find a different career. Kindness goes a long way Kevin. You should practice it sometime.

Kevin Kelly in a few words to me is one of the best lawyers I've ever seen and or had. He didn't push me for money or any kind of financial gain, he literally came in took care of business and at the end of it worked with me on the services he provided for me. Kevin was appointed to me in 2015. He went above and beyond any other attorney I have known. He truly cares about his clients. He listens, is up front of what may or may not happen, explains things where you understand. After this my husband and I started our own company in 2018 and hired him for other things. If it were not for Kevin I would not be where I am today. He has said I am one of his best success stories. Maybe so but it is because of him.

Kevin Kelly helped me with a embarrassing DUI and missed court date resulting in a warrant. A mistake that almost ruined my life, I am so thankfully for Kevin Kelly for helping not only in minimizing my charges but going above and beyond by dismissing my court cost. Highly recommended

Mr. Kelly is by far, the best lawyer in Tennessee. He's personally helped me with multiple cases in multiple counties and I couldn't be happier with the results. It's not hard to get ahold of him, if he misses your call, he calls you back within the hour. His fee's don't break your pockets, he's willing to work with you on anything. He's easy to talk to. He doesn't make you feel uncomfortable when you're sitting across from him, his sense of humor makes it less awkward and you can tell that he isn't judging you, that he's there to help you. I highly recommend him to anybody needing to get out of a legal bind.

Kevin is amazing, my April 2015 Domestic Assault charge was completely dropped thanks to him! He also was my lawyer back in 2011 when I had gotten a DUI and he was able to drop the charge to an underage which was incredible. I highly recommend him to anyone!!!!!

Kevin has been my lawyer twice now. In 2011 I was arrested for a DUI and with the help of my lawyer Kevin Kelly, I was only charged with an underage which was a significantly lesser charge. In April 2015 he was able to get a domestic assault charge I had completely thrown out-- he's awesome, I would recommend him to anyone. On top of being a great lawyer, he's a really great guy and very funny! He always responded to my phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner and answered any question I ever had. 10/10!!!!!

Arrested for DUI. First offense. Not only did Kevin Kelly show up late for court, but he got me exactly the same sentence as if I had NO attorney, He painted a pretty picture and made me feel like he was going to do so much and get a great deal for me. He gladly took my 1500.00 dollars and did absolutely nothing for me. I know people with public defenders that get a DUI first offense dropped down to reckless driving! I wouldn't reccomend Eastside Legal to ANYONE!!

Kevin helped me out back in 2011 with a DUI. It was reduced to an underage which was a MUCH lesser charge and I was so thankful for that!!! He's helping me now with another charge and is always there to answer my calls and talk me through everything that's going on, I'm never left in the dark. Highly recommended. Thanks Kevin.
