I got to say he really was amazing he did everything and more that I wanted. He really makes you feel like you are his only concern he always kept me updated on court dates and procedures he gets down to business for sure. I am a college student and am preparing for graduate school. I was issued a citation for trespassing. I wasn't sure if it was something that would go on my record. I spoke with Mr. Clark and he explained that a citation was an arrest and that a conviction could stay on my record. I did not want to jeopardize my ability to attend grad school or possibly affect my ability to receive student loans. I am so glad that I hired Mr. Clark. He told me to be patient and not worry. He spoke with the DA and they agreed to not move forward with any type of prosecution. I did not have to appear in court and there is nothing on my record. I was with friends taking pictures near a historical site and accidentally crossed onto private property owned by the State. Apparently, someone called the police and we were issued citations by the police. Afterward, one of the friends who was with me told me she had hired Philip Clark. I called and explained what had happened. He told me that he was already working on it and not to worry. In less than 2 days, he let me know that the DA agreed to not prosecute the case. I was charged with a violation of an order of protection. I contacted Mr. Clark and explained the situation. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained what outcome I might expect. I had never been arrested and was very upset about the whole situation. Mr. Clark took the time to meet me where the incident occurred. Last year, while I was in Nashville on business, against my better judgement I let my “adult” guard down and allowed the animal out of the cage. For the record it doesn’t matter what legal corner I painted myself into, suffice to say that that I found myself in a bit of a predicament. I required legal representation.
