My experience with Hairston and Associates is still ongoing. The team is handling a few items that I've put off for far too long. Everyone in this office is professional, kind, efficient and extremely capable. So much so that the judge handling my name change petition praised my attorney, Janae Davis, for her proficiency in handling the paperwork perfectly! I'm guessing that doesn't happen every day. Life experiences can be extremely stressful. I presently reside in Texas. My mother, who resided in Nashville, Tennessee, recently passed away. Although she had a will and I was named executor, I was unaware of the procedure in Tennessee because state laws vary. After researching and speaking with the probate court, I discovered that the initial legal advice I was given was not entirely accurate. At a loss, I was referred to Hairston and Associates because of their expertise in this field and familiarity with Tennessee court proceedings. Mr. Hairston scheduled a p consultation with me. He eased my anxiety by explaining the process, addressing a complex issue of a sibling listed in the will, and available options. After creating a plan, his team walked me through each step, kept me informed, and took care of the details. ZOOM enabled me to attend court with Mr. Evans (attorney at the firm). The probate court was familiar with the law firm and its work. The judge complimented Mr. Evans on having everything in order, and the order was signed in less than five minutes, allowing me to move forward with my mother's estate. I highly recommend this firm if you're dealing with any probate matters. Hairston & Associates exceeded my expectations due to their expertise, organization, and empathy.
