I worked at the Higgins Firm all summer and got to watch these attorney's work firsthand. Throughout every case, the nursing home team went above and beyond in caring for each of their clients needs.

Worthless. If you want confirmation that you are worthless in the grand scheme of things, contact an attorney like these to try to get some type of responsibility held by a person that has done you physical harm and pain. I wonder what they would do if someone affected their health and well-being the way mine has been. . ——— Update: nice way to repeat that a doctor can do whatever they want to you and you’re not worth the time or effort (again). Get injured by a doctor? Don’t try here. Not even sure why I was referred to this firm .Apparently they think they can’t win in TN and it’s TN’s fault (not theirs). That’s encouraging for potential clients. No wonder people don’t trust doctors OR lawyers.

Absolutely useless! They simply sent a canned response asking for the same information I already gave them. Not personalized or caring at all. Based on their endless reviews of rude and disrespectful service or lack of for the last several years, this seems to be a pattern at this firm. I hired another firm. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to!
