No one returned my call.

Almost no one wants to be in contact with a law firm, but after a close family members death I felt I had no choice. The first person I came into contact with was Kennalee D. and she helped me trust the business based on her professionalism and know I was in excellent hands. Elizabeth M, Sarah C, Bianca F, and mostly Sarah M. They helped me navigate and process a tragic event. Very kind and efficient.

Me and my mother contacted Higgins Firm because of the great reviews. My mother and her siblings are in dispute over a piece of property, that their parents left without a will. With my mom on speaker phone, we spoke with Kenna Davis and she seemed very positive, that she would be able to assist my mom in this matter and answered all of our questions. We explained that we needed to speak with a few of the other siblings, but that we would be proceeding with Higgins Firm on this matter. She told us that we could call her back at anytime and she would be able to answer any further questions that we had. After speaking with the other siblings we called her back same day, but was directed to her voicemail to leave a message. After several hours passing we called the office again and the receptionist stated, that she was at lunch but she would relay the message to her. Days past and we still never heard from Kenna. We decided to call the office again and after two attempts we finally were able to speak with her. We told her that we called several times and left several messages, Kenna was very nonchalant and never apologized for not returning our calls. I remember thinking that this shouldn't be the way, you treat a potential client and we should have searched elsewhere at this point, but we wanted to give her another chance. We asked a few more questions and my mom explained to her, that she was ready to proceed forward. Kenna advised that she would be calling my mom back by the end of the day, to get her mailing address in order to send some documents that required her signature. We waited for the call but never got one. A whole week passed and still no call. We yet again called the office back and the receptionist stated she was at lunch. We then expressed to the receptionist how frustrating this entire experience has been and how we have yet to receive a call from Kenna. She stated that she would pass another message on to her. As of today, Kenna has yet to return our call and it is now going on 3 days since the last message. This experience has been beyond disappointing for my mom, because this firm got such good reviews but the unprofessionalism and unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable. Needless to say, we have found another firm that has decided to take our case and this firm has ben amazing. After our experience, we will not be recommending this firm to anyone.
