We recently found ourselves needing an attorney and remember looking online for different law firms in the area and The Higgins Firm popped up on our social media pages. We fell in love with all the little skits and funny office videos that you guys do, now I find myself watching them all the time. I will be definitely reaching out when the time comes.

The lady they have answering the phones is EXTREMELY rude. I had a very simple and easy case for them and this lady on the phone was so rude in the first two minutes that I literally said nevermind and wished her a good day. Good luck to this firm with a front desk operation like this. They are going to need it. Speaking from a multimillion dollar business owner myself. Two thumbs down Higgins

Let me say Mr. Higgins handled my case in 2012. You couldn't ask for a nice group of people. HOWEVER, I'm not here to bad mouth Mr. Higgins or his group but rather to inform you. I do think Mr. Higgins and all attorney groups in the workers comp field are not standing up hard enough for hard working folks. NEVER SETTLE YOUR CASE under the premise that the attorneys and adjusters make the final decision on necessity of your care. If you are told that's the way it has to be then DO NOT SETTLE THE CASE GO TO COURT. AS I said my case was from 2012 and I have had nothing but hell out of the adjusters and insurance providers over my care as well as their attorneys. Take my word for it FIGHT YOUR CASE IN COURT DO NOT SETTLE OT IN A VERBAL AGREEMENT. You will end up cheated out of care or at minimum you will spend the rest of your days fighting. It looks like to me if an attorney was looking out for you he would never allow the attorneys , insurance companies or their attorneys have this leg up on you. GO TO COURT!!!

We contacted these guys about a nursing home case which they advertise on tv but they told us there wasn’t enough money in it. My mother in laws death was caused by the nursing home. If I could give them no stars I would. It is very sad because the nursing home in question is still hurting people and no one cares.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! This gentleman is so wrong ! He’s such a foul mouthed man… This office is so corrupt obviously! I was called stupid because I missed pronounce a word ! This law office is highly corrupt! I advise anyone needing a lawyer to please stay away! Himmelberg discussed with that I screwed myself and I needed a reality check to put me in my place ! The level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable! He should not be working with the public !!

Don is hands down the best lawyer I’ve ever worked with! He is compassionate and cares about his clients. Always available, and reliable for questions. Don either himself or his associates Bo always showed up to every court appearance, a lot of them they showed up in my presence so I didn’t have to miss work, Ultimately I was facing a felony charge I did not commit and Don got the charges fully dismissed. I wouldn’t recommend any other lawyer besides Don & His team if you want real results and to feel confident through the process this is the Lawyer for you!!! My mother and I are truly blessed for Don who took us under his wing when we had no clue what to expect or what was going on!!! The BEST!!
