Advertises work comp cases. If you live in TN dont bother. There arent any worker rights in TN. So dont waste time calling and seeking help unless wc isnt paying you or the nill

Don’t waste your time talking to the insurance company.  You should immediately call The Higgins Firm. I am so glad I did and just wish I had done it sooner.

Im higly disappointed with the service I received from Don Himmelberg. I was highly recommended/referred to him by a friend of mine in the bondsman business. On our initial meeting at his office, I was very impressed by the location, office, his appearance, confidence and the fact he said he's been a lawyer for 25 years. I explained my case and showed proof to prove I was setup and wasn't guilty. He assured me that he would have the case dismissed and the charge expunged. Once we got to court he basically pressured me into taking the deal which was 26 classes, once a week. He didnt try to have the hearing. He said he didnt want to because we may end up going to trial, although I had enough evidence to win the case. Now im stuck taking an in person class once a week during the morning, which is a major inconvenience due to work. I basically handed him $2,000 to do nothing but show up for court. I would have gotten the same offer without an attorney since that was my first charge.

They couldn't help me.

Most of the lawyers in this firm are former insurance defense attorneys. That is huge! It gives them unique insight into how these big corporations defend injury and malpractice cases. I am so glad they were in my side. They crushed it!

I didn’t want to just call a lawyer off of TV so I asked around.  My friend recommended Jim Higgins and I am so glad they did.  This is the only injury attorney I would talk to in Tennessee.

It is hard to find a lawyer to take on Nursing Home neglect cases but The Higgins Firm has an entire team that only handles these cases.  Ben Miller heads it up and he is a great lawyer.  My case was in Nashville but the handle them all over Tennessee. I hope you don’t need a Nursing home abuse lawyer but if you do this is the firm to call.

The Higgins Firm has the best lawyers and staff around.  They keep you informed about your case, aren’t afraid to take on big insurance companies.  They will tell you good news and bad news but they will always shoot straight with you.

Jim Higgins is by far the best attorney in TN. He handled everything for me and I didn’t even need to show up for my court date.
