Not only did Brian, and Will Tippin do EXATLY what they said they would do (reduce charges, and save face), but they also did it with respect, integrity, and displayed exquisite consideration for my time, and circumstances. I’m extremely grateful for not only retaining them, but also for the pleasure of knowing them. Brian and his staff give Law Firms the best “name” possible.

Where do start? Friendly. Honest. Text response are fast and informative. He did not settle or rest until he felt we got the best deal. I feel like most lawyers would have not put the effort in and i would be in jail for 2 months right now. He continuously fought and had my case continued when he knew i was being tried fairly. Huge thank you.

I am from out of State and got myself in a bit of trouble. I didn’t have a clue of who to call. I googled attorneys and found Brian and it was worth the drive to Franklin. He helped me above and beyond. He got the charges dropped. Highly recommend Brian.

Excellent advice, prompt return calls. In a stressful time, it was comforting to have someone on my side. Someone that knew the system, whom was able to easily navigate me through the process. In the end, all charges were dismissed. Couldn’t be more pleased. They say you get what you pay for....I can honestly say, Mr. Nash is devoted to his clients...100%!

Brian did an AMAZING job on a criminal case I had in Franklin .
