Holland and Andrew are the absolute BEST in the business. I interviewed several attorneys before choosing them, and they immediately treated me with respect as a female entrepreneur. Andrew filed my trademarks in a timely manner and they were approved ahead of schedule! Holland is a mastermind with contracts and he has walked me through incredibly difficult paperwork, making me feel welcome and informed the entire journey. These guys are BRILLIANT, but what's kept me a forever client is how humble and kind they are (proving all "lawyer jokes" wrong!) This is a bummer because, as you’ll see, I have not left a negative review in the 15 years of having my account: I recently worked with Andrew to obtain advice on a silent partnership contract that was very bare bones (a couple hundred words in length). I was surprised to see that I was charged $438 for Andrew to read this incredibly small document and provide maybe 100 words of feedback. (Will update with screen shots once I have redacted the info) I ended up going with another lawyer who was able to provide a couple of rounds of feedback on this document for about the same price and sharing me he felt I overpaid greatly for the services provided. To be fair, Andrew was thorough and fast, which is why it’s an anomaly this did not extend to his charges and the time he stated required almost 2 hours of billing. I hate to leave a review like this but I communicated this information to Andrew asking to split the difference which would have him still making $250 for the single volley of feedback but he was unwilling to work with me.

Spoke with Andrew on the phone for like 30 minutes and he gave me so much advice for free!! My experience with them is they're awesome and I highly recommend working with them!

If it weren't for my bank statement, I'd seriously wonder if hiring this attorney was just a figment of my imagination. I engaged their services on April 16th, over two months ago, and have regretted it ever since. Despite the initial contact on the day of payment, I have had no further interaction with my attorney. According to their own contract, they are supposed to update me on my case every two weeks, which is laughable given that it has been over a month with no communication whatsoever. I've reached out for updates multiple times only to be met with the same dismissive response: "We'll give them your message; they'll call you back." Not once have I received a return call from my attorney. Since the day I paid them, my only interactions have been with paralegals who answer the phone, take my message, and swear I'll get a call back, which never comes. I did miss one call from them during the first week, but since then, I've been glued to my phone, waiting for any word from my attorney, with absolutely no response. The last correspondence I had was on May 15th with a paralegal via email , and a text message on May 30th stating they were in court and would get back to me, which they never did. It is now almost the end of June, meaning it has been a month with no contact from anyone, which goes against their own contract. The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this firm is astounding. I have all the receipts to prove that I did, indeed, hire an attorney. My call logs and emails show the initial contact, but even this early correspondence was fraught with issues, such as incorrect email addresses on important documents that required multiple corrections. Since that initial contact, it has been a one-sided effort on my part to get any response from them. I am no more informed about my case now than I was on the day I hired them. This level of service is beyond unacceptable. I find it inconceivable that in over two months, I haven't been able to speak to my attorney or even receive a call back. I've given them until Friday to respond and address my concerns, but frankly, I don't expect to hear from them. I will be seeking new legal representation first thing Monday morning, and once my case is resolved, I intend to have this matter thoroughly investigated. I've dealt with numerous attorneys before and have never experienced such appalling, unprofessional conduct. After paying them, I was essentially left in the dark. If my bank account weren't $2,000 lighter, I'd swear this ordeal was just a bad dream. I would strongly advise against using this firm unless you are looking to throw your money away. Never in my life have I had to struggle this hard to communicate with my attorney, and never have I been treated with such disregard. Save yourself the trouble and find a firm that values and respects its clients. UPDATE : On July 1st, I received a response a few hours after submitting my termination letter. The representative I corresponded with apologized for the previous lack of communication and expressed a desire to discuss the matter further. I am open to taking the call. This morning, July 2nd, they called at 9:30 as promised. However, due to a recent update on my phone that enabled spam settings without my knowledge, the call was automatically blocked. Consequently, I did not have the option to answer. I called back and spoke with someone who attempted to connect me with the person who just called but informed me that they were unavailable. Today's communication issues were entirely my fault, not theirs. I appreciate their apologies and the efforts they have made to reach out now. I will be posting regular updates as to how this situation progresses. UPDATE: It's the morning of July 3rd. I just got off the phone with someone from the firm, a case manager. He was very polite and apologized profusely, and took ownership of the issue. He took full responsibility and mentioned he would reach out again with a time frame for when I can expect my case to be completed. More updates to come.
