DO NOT HIRE! We hired Mr. Himmelberg to handle a simple case for my boyfriend in April 2023 and aside from reporting himself as the attorney and ONE update to us, (which we had to call and text him several times to get) he has done nothing. He doesn’t answer phone calls, text messages, or emails. He has even hung up on us when we try to call. He is disrespectful and uses language that is incredibly unprofessional; having once said when we were inquiring updates “pump the breaks and let me work the case” . If you’re looking for an attentive and professional lawyer, do not hire this man.

Best attorney I’ve known for years. Has empathy, compassion, integrity, trustworthy, caring, dependable, among many more things I can say about this man. He’s AMAZING!!!!

I have so much gratitude for Don. Not only was he kind, supportive, and knowledgeable; he made a heavy situation much less stressful. I would be facing grand jury and some serious time without his aid. My public defender had told me I had little to no chance walking from this. If your freedom is on the line, if your right to adequate council has fallen in the lap of some "could care less" Public defender, make the best decision you can for yourself Call Don Himmelberg.

Answered my call on a weekend and had my cousin's case dismissed and expunged the next week. Very professional. Highly recommend

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! This gentleman is so wrong ! He’s such a foul mouthed man… This office is so corrupt obviously! I was called stupid because I missed pronounce a word ! This law office is highly corrupt! I advise anyone needing a lawyer to please stay away! Himmelberg discussed with that I screwed myself and I needed a reality check to put me in my place ! The level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable! He should not be working with the public !!

Don is hands down the best lawyer I’ve ever worked with! He is compassionate and cares about his clients. Always available, and reliable for questions. Don either himself or his associates Bo always showed up to every court appearance, a lot of them they showed up in my presence so I didn’t have to miss work, Ultimately I was facing a felony charge I did not commit and Don got the charges fully dismissed. I wouldn’t recommend any other lawyer besides Don & His team if you want real results and to feel confident through the process this is the Lawyer for you!!! My mother and I are truly blessed for Don who took us under his wing when we had no clue what to expect or what was going on!!! The BEST!!

Don was the absolute best lawyer ever! He not only got what I wanted but a lesser charge as well. Great communication, never promised anything he couldn't do, Gave me insight on what could happen but never promised anything he couldn't do! He is one that truly fights for you and what is right. Anytime I had a question I would send him a text and he or one of his associates would answer by the end of day. Absolutely exceeded my expectations!! Hopefully I won't need another lawyer but if I do Don is the one I would call! He is very professional, kind and has a huge heart. I didn't really have an experience, good or bad, but they have a great reputation!

Im higly disappointed with the service I received from Don Himmelberg. I was highly recommended/referred to him by a friend of mine in the bondsman business. On our initial meeting at his office, I was very impressed by the location, office, his appearance, confidence and the fact he said he's been a lawyer for 25 years. I explained my case and showed proof to prove I was setup and wasn't guilty. He assured me that he would have the case dismissed and the charge expunged. Once we got to court he basically pressured me into taking the deal which was 26 classes, once a week. He didnt try to have the hearing. He said he didnt want to because we may end up going to trial, although I had enough evidence to win the case. Now im stuck taking an in person class once a week during the morning, which is a major inconvenience due to work. I basically handed him $2,000 to do nothing but show up for court. I would have gotten the same offer without an attorney since that was my first charge.

I’m from out of state, so I found Don while doing a internet search. Called him about the legal matter and he responded quickly. He was very knowledgeable about the situation as well. Whew what a life saver!!! Don’t hesitate, go with Don!!!
