I am so glad and grateful that I was referred to Jim Higgins. He and his assistant, Cassie, were always so pleasant and reachable (by phone, email or in person). My questions were always answered in a timely matter. I felt he took my settlement case very seriously. Jim was always honest about what could or could not happen. I called the Higgins Law Firm about a legal problem after a friend suggested them. I told the lady that answered my needs and she said hold on a minute. In a short time Mr Higgins picked up the phone. After listening to my needs he said my location would make it difficult to handle my case at their high standards. He said he would try to find me an attorney closer to my town that would do a good job. I expected that was the end of it or at best it would be days. I heard from him in less than an hour with a name of an attorney in my area. In this day and times this kind of professionalism is rare and I was impressed. This man has integrity.
