Honest and straight forward! Wonderful staff.

I recently worked with Cassie Dyer at The Higgins Firm regarding a car accident I had been in. Not only did I receive top notch industry knowledge and professionalism, but also the highest level of customer service I have experienced in the legal sector. I highly recommend The Higgins Firm and will continue to use them in the future if needed.

I had a work place injury that was life changing for me in so many ways. I was truly lost and afraid. I did some research and came across Jim Higgins name frequently. I read a few reviews but was still unconvinced. I saw his video's that he did for the news and liked what and how he had to say. I liked the fact that he didn't pull any punches or promise the moon in his advertisements or videos. He wasn't yelling at you and telling you he was the best and the only one to get you lot's of money. I wasn't looking for money, I was just looking to obtain the treatment that I deserved under the worker's comp laws. When I contacted his office, I was immediately made to feel important. When I set up the appointment, Jim was kind enough to meet me half way, since I live in Sparta. He immediately made me feel comfortable and listened too, for the first time this happened. My only complaint was that I did not contact him as soon as I was injured. I thought my company was truly going to take my injury seriously and give me the care I needed to get back to work. That was all I wanted. Jim never promised me to make me rich and plainly stated that under the worker's compensation laws, IF it became necessary to sue, that I would not make out like a personal injury claim. He and his staff have always been honest with me, even if I didn't want to hear the truth but were kind and gentle. They understood the stress and strain I was under and did everything to gently take care of me and answer any question I had. I never had any problem with getting answers to any questions I had at any time. Whether it was by email or phone call, I always got a quick response from him or someone in his office. Jim and his office are the kindest people I have met in a long time. I hope to never have anything like this happen again or to anyone I know, but if I do, I will use Jim Higgins or suggest him. He makes me feel important and that he and his staff really care about me and my case. Anytime we have had to meet he has always been very kind, gently and courteous. And he gets things done. Don't mistake his kindness with you as not being effective. He is very effective. In short, choose Jim and his staff. They will get things done and take very good care of you and are always available for any questions or concerns.

Jim is an excellent attorney and person. If you ever need help with an employment issue, I highly recommend him and his firm.

The Higgins firm is amazing. Recommended to anyone and everyone seeking legal counsel. Frequent and pertinent updates are extremely important when dealing with legal matters to which I received on a consistent cadence. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and accommodating, especially the lovely young woman Cassie whom I spoke with regularly. Bless her heart.

The Higgins Law firm has been handling my law suit now for almost two years. While we are not yet at the finish line, I have had the best treatment from the law professionals handling my case, Anne Hunter Williams, Michael Griffin, and Brandon Hall. They have phoned me, e-mailed me and met with me all the way!! I am very law ignorant, and they have carefully and diligently walked me through all the processes we have had to go through. Explained what and more importantly why we are doing what we do when we do it. They take their time and are very patient with me. Anne Hunter Williams is a mother like myself, and I know she has put even her personal time in with me! Not many people much less any attorney I've dealt with before has showed me the attention I have had. The same going with Brandon Hall, who has even e-mailed me on weekends about my case.. You don't get much better then this law firm. They remember what it's like to be common folk just looking for justice to your situation!!

Working with Jim Higgins on my personal injury case gave me renewed faith that there indeed are good attorneys who are also great, and considerate people. I had spoken to several attorneys prior to reaching Jim, and they all wanted me to sign on the dotted line before hearing my concerns. Jim actually did this as well as some initial groundwork getting hold of my complete police report. He "earned" my business the old fashioned way, then got the results I needed. When I found myself in need of legal counsel, I was hoping to find competent and knowledgeable representation… What I got was a lot more. With encyclopedic knowledge, a tight grasp on the laws, and a strategic mind, Jonathan A. Street worked miracles on my behalf. Jon is patient, kind, and downright brilliant. Besides all of that, he’s a dglm! He was everything I could have hoped for in an attorney and I highly recommend him.

I always find it suspicious when someone gives a full five star rating; it seems contrived. However I was completely satisfied with all of the elements of Jonathan's processing of my case and to give him a lower rating would be dishonest. I never had to hunt him down for info, he did not push work off on me, and he did what was required to make our opposition come to the table. The "Yes" I put on the question about if I would recommend him was unequivocal and done without hesitation.

Jonathan and his team did a thorough, outstanding job in keeping me informed and up-to-date every step of the way in handling my case. I felt like he listened to my questions and concerns and answered them promptly and professionally. In fact, I believe he consulted another attorney that had expertise in the area of law that he was dealing with in my case. I would highly recommend Jonathan and would call him again if I needed legal advise.
