We have no knowledge about court procedures - Ryan and Mackenzie were very helpful and answered each question promptly. They dug into the case and were meticulous with details and put in the time to understand the facts of the case. They kept us informed and updated about the case. We went around and around with a credit card company about a payoff check that they had cashed but not applied to our account. We had ran out of ideas for how to get the company to fix their mistake and I reached out to Ryan for his thoughts and help. He knew exactly what to do and went to work to help us out.
