I made the mistake of entering a purchase agreement for an empty lot without a review from an attorney. The seller failed to inform me at the time of purchase that I would have to pay an additional 16k for utility hookups and later introduced an easement through the property before completing his obligations without my consent or knowledge. He refused a refund of my deposit when the contract expired. Tim negotiated a deal that avoided litigation and got me ALL of my deposit back within a year. Thanks Tim!
