I can't put into words how greatful I am for being referred to Joey!!!... I had an urgent situation and he respond back to me while sick at home!... He's very personable and non judgmental. I'm not trying to say it was a pleasant experience, because it was stressful but Joey was awesome.

This attorney is fantastic and on point! I got a simple possession citation in a tough small town, while it was pending I got another simple possession and paraphernalia in a different county heading to a concert (sounds dumb I know but it can happen to you too!). Joey was able to keep the two counties from finding out about each other and one county completely dismissed the charges and expunged them and I didn't pay a dollar for it. Joey is VERY affordable and he knows his stuff and is dedicated to the cause. His fees are way less than any other attorneys around and he will get you great results!! In one of my cases the officers lost my ticket in their booking office and bc of this a warrant went out for my arrest. The cop showed up at my work at 10:30 at night and when I called Joey he responded immediately and talked to the officer and talked me through the whole way convincing the officer to let me stay at work. I highly recommend this attorney and will be using him again for any issues I may have in the future.

I hired Joey Fuson to work a case where my son was caught with over 30 grams of Marijuana which is a federal offense in Tennessee. Joey did a great job of working with the district attorney and getting the charge reduced to a misdemeanor and was able to get a 12 month diversion without any supervision.
