These people are great. I don’t live in Tennessee but unfortunately I had an incident there so to have someone in my corner when I wasn’t there was beyond amazing and comforting. I can’t thank them enough, truly.

Unprofessional service: unreturned calls and emails, arrogance instead of taking responsibility for their shortcomings ( ' if you don't like it find another lawyer "response ) Strung me along for months. Refused me on pursuing punitive damages or attorneys fees in my claim until the judge told him to amend the claim at least on punitive damages. Sent me a bill for almost double what he quoted. It would be one thing if I was treated with respect. When I asked for assurances of what to expect if I sent another retainer $ he said he would talk about after he got the check. I wouldn't lay down and die so he quit. Also told me that a temporary restraining order requirement was filed but never was . Wound up causing big problems later.

I had a very difficult and complicated case that most likely other attorneys wouldn't even take it, but Mark Freeman was very understanding, and with his years of experience and professionalism he helped me and my business partner to get a favorable outcome. Thank you Mark!
