Kathy and Noel were amazing throughout the painful process of my divorce. They made something that was incredibly stressful a little less so and communicated with me early and often throughout the process. Often times attorneys have reputations for not returning calls or keeping you in the loop---not the case here. Also unlike other law offices walking into Everette Law, while always very professional, felt more like I was dropping by to talk with a couple of friends. Not stuffy and once the legal talk was over we always moved on to debating the finer points of SEC football etc. I consider Kathy and Noel friends and could not recommend their services more.

Kathy was awesome handling my very difficult custody battle. She took over, explained the options, developed a plan of action to get what was the best for my kids and did so utilizing her knowledge and experience to do so. She was available and very personable as was her staff with any answers to a ton of questions we had. I hired Ms. Everette for a consultation on a matter relating to a trust I thought I needed set up for a settlement I received after reading smoe of the things on avvo. I am so thankful I found her because she was straight up with me and kept me from wasting a bunch of money creating a trust it turned out the amount was low enough I was better off just spending the money on my family than on legal fees. I don't know anything about that stuff and she helped explain it and I am going to use her to do my will.
