We worked with Wende Rutherford when we adopted our daughter in 2019. Wende was so easy to work with and so very helpful. She was a great communicator and always willing to answer all of our questions. She also treated our daughters birth parents with kindness and respect. We highly recommend Mrs. Rutherford!

Wende has helped my family adopt 3 beautiful kiddos over the past 7 years. The first time in a private domestic adoption, and the second time through DCS foster care. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to go out of her way to help in any situation. Wende is so compassionate, yet a fighter you want in your corner when needed. My baby is mine thanks to the fierce advocate that refused to let me or my child down. I'm beyond grateful for Wende's quick, decisive actions when we were thrown curve balls and every reassuring conversation thereafter. Our adoption was a very long process though I’m not sure it could’ve gone any better thanks to Wende Rutherford. She brought her many years of experience to our complicated situation and not only were we successful but also now consider Wende our friend. We can’t say enough wonderful things about her.

So my soon to be ex husband and I are looking to file a pro se divorce. That is an uncontested divorce, filed by a single party with no debts shared vehicles and with an agreed upon arrangement for the sharing of children and payment if child support ( you have to specify your divorce as including kids or not and workout your parenting plan ahead of time). After printing the paperwork off, however, I wanted advice and a professional double check I had worked it out properly. Not only was the ENTIRE STAFF SUPER COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL but Audrey Lee Anderson was extremely professional and helped with all the fine details. She was a blessing to find and worked with both of us to ensure and notarize everything. I was able to file myself, as we wanted as little court interference as possible and she went over and guided us through everything step by step. Her office is lovely, her personality is fantastic and she ABSOLUTELY HAS THE CHOPS TO HANDLE LARGER MORE SERIOUS CASES. If I ever needed a family law or divorce attorney or knew anyone who did she would be my first recommendation. You have to remember that in life: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, and most lawyers with consultation fees have them because they are investing serious and caring thought in to your case from the moment you walk in. After having dealt with lawyers in my life for everything from family law to property law I can ASSURE EVERYONE READING THIS THAT SHE IS A PHENOMENAL ATTORNEY! We may have only needed guidance but I cannot stress enough how nice it is to know where my future attorney would come from if I ever needed it. Kelley and Lance were equally professional and invested as well and every great lawyer has a great team! ******* Had to add SHE ABSOLUTELY CARES AND IS DEVOTED TO EVERY CLIENT AND THEIR UNIQUE CIRCUMSTANCES. We were far from a "big money case" and she still devoted her care and expertise to me today. She brought a lot of piece of mind to a situation that has been long going and could have been very messy without her. Again, for the 3rd time, if EVER I NEED AN ATTORNEY TO BACK ME::: YOU CAN BET YOUR BOTTOM DOLLAR IT WILL BE HER AND HER PHENOMENAL TEAM!!

Just a couple of things. 1) her address on google is not the address she is at (on google on 10/30/20 says 2nd street). 2) obviously because of that the pictures do not reflect her current office. The picture on google shows her near a bookcase. The office I saw had loose papers everywhere and file boxes all over the floor 3) you have to pay full price before even seeing her. Not a hold, but full price. Found this out afterwards. See #6 4) I showed up at the proper time and called day before, her team confirmed on the phone that my appointment was confirmed and said I’m good. They also said I would receive an email which I never did. 5) her office overlooks a putt putt golf course if that means anything 6) when I showed up on time, she dismissed me to be on speaker phone talking to someone about Porta johns. Made me wait 15min 7) finally when she got done, she said no one expected me because I “didn’t pay”. When I asked what the protocol was and what the cost was, the her office couldn’t log into square to bill me, I said I will make another appointment and she proceeded to wave her hand in the air to dismiss me and said “fine”. Take it how you want it. I’m definitely not giving five stars because I went to 2nd Street location and she didn’t even comp me for my parking. They also didn’t offer water or ask how I am doing while I waited. But also not giving her 1 star because we really didn’t talk that much. But take this lesson however you want it Update: nov 8 Thanks Audrey for your response. I have change the address for you to be the correct one now.
