Witherington Law PLLC is a firm of level headed staff, meticulous, and tenacious as the handle cases for their clients. I will readily recommend them to any one. They handled our accident case, though it took almost on year, they delivered real good.

Patrick and all his assistants were very nice and did all they could to help me. My law suit was looking grim until I met Patrick and he turned things around. I had already accepted defeat, but Patrick fought for me and I got my settlement. I would highly recommend Patrick's law firm if you are needing a GREAT lawyer to help with your law suit. You will not regret it!

Hey y'all, if y'all EVER NEED a personal injury lawyer, Patrick Witherington is THE BEST there is IN THE BUSINESS! I've had lawyers that just made my life SUCK because they NEVER CALLED, NEVER RETURNED CALLS, NEVER INFORMED me about things I was supposed to be informed about and so on. I mean they SUCKED.
THEN we we're lucky to get Mr Witherington for a matter that required his services. This guy goes ABOVE AND BEYOND what a top notch Lawyer does for his clients! His word is gold, he returns calls and HE KNOWS HIS BUSINESS!

Patrick and his paralegal Lisa are great!!!! Lisa is so helpful and answered any and every question I had whether it was about my case or something else. They are very prompt if I have to leave a voicemail they will return it asap (normally they answer) It has been nothing but a great experience with them I feel like they handle my case the same way I would have if I had the knowledge to do so. I was in an automobile accident and was referred to Mr. Witherington and ill tell you he got the job done and on time i would refer anyone who needs a lawyer for your automobile accident and ect. He is the man for the job he has very good communication with his clients and will work hard to get you the best settlement....

My experience with the Witherington Law Firm was excellent. The firm brings a wealth of legal knowledge and insures that all of your questions are answered in a professional manner. I was very unsure about the legal process regarding my case and Patrick was there every step of the way to make sure my questions were answered and my understanding of my rights and the possible outcomes of my case were clearly defined.
