I cannot say enough good things about Paul Rutherford along with his assistant Jonathan and the professionalism of the entire firm. Paul handled a very difficult divorce and his level of professionalism, efficiency and full understanding of the law was refreshing. He was the third attorney on this case at he accomplished more in the first two weeks then the previous law firm did in months. Paul is very well respected inside the courtroom by the judges and other attorneys and his professionalism and integrity shows in the courtroom. Paul is very efficient with your money and only encourages you to do the "necessary" things to prevail in the case. I highly recommend Paul for all of your legal matters. Paul has a great personality and he definitely makes the best out of what potentially can be a terrible situation. I would like to thank Wende, Katie, Sarah and the receptionist's staff at Brighter Day Law. I had a very complicated, confusing and emotional case involving custody of my 2 small grandchildren. I want to tell you about my Angel Veronica at Brighter Day Law. We had a will made last year, but have since moved out of state. I just had a simple question since our attorney is no longer in practice. I called many firms and no one would help me. She informed me that she wasn’t a lawyer but she would ask one of their Lawyers and get back to me and she did, the next day! She was professional, kind and treated me like a human just not pushing me off without wanting to at least try to find out for me since our attorney had went out of business.
