Michele did an outstanding job helping my husband and I with our wills and POAs. She explained everything in detail and was so patient with us for weeks. She gave us such good advice and really set our minds at ease. She went above and beyond what I consider to be an attorney’s responsibility.

Ms. Hodges accepted my case a few days before my court date when others would not. On top of that, the opposing attorney wanted me to pay for my ex-girlfriends court cost since I did not turn discovery paperwork in on time. Me.Hodges was able to speak with the attorney on get that order terminated. She was very persistent and aggressive throughout my child custody case. I wanted to split the time with my son 50/50 and my son’s mom and attorney basically told me to kick rocks and it would not happen! Ms. Hodges was not intimidated, fought for me daily and through mediation and I am able to get my son 50/50 once I move to Nashville. I’m thankful God lead me to her and did not allow me to get taken advantage of by a system geared towards mothers and people with lots of disposable resources.

I hired Ms Hodges last minute to help me in my divorce, last minute as in the evening before I was due at court. She was able to write up a new parenting plan that would benefit my kids.
