I reached out to Chuck on by have of my brother-in-law. I did not expect to hear back. Not only did I hear back, but he talked to me for about a 1/2 hour and agreed to look into my brother-in-law's case. I don't know what will come of it, but his taking an interest was a breath of fresh air! Thank you, Chuck!
