Bryan Stephenson was communicative, effective, and professional. I first hired him to help me with an Aggravated Domestic Assault charge - which he assisted in getting dismissed, I also hired him for a DUI charge. With his assistance it was dropped down to Reckless Driving. Being a DACA recipient if I had been convicted of the two original charges I would have lost my legal status in the US. I am very grateful of how effective and professional Bryan Stephenson was. Truly recommend him as an attorney to anyone that finds themselves in a similar unpleasant situation.

I was facing a first time DUI and implied consent. After researching different attorneys I decided on Bryan Stephenson. This turned out to be a great decision! I am self-employed and driving long distances is a major part of my life. What impressed me the most was Bryan was on the phone way before the court date trying to resolve the matter. I noticed while most attorneys wanted to be first in line to get out of the courtroom, he would wait around to be last so he had more time to talk to the ADA. Bryan through negotiations had the implied consent thrown out and expunged. I received a reckless driving charge with no loss of license and best of all no interlock. I paid a small fine and was on my way. Bryan is the best in the business and knows how everything works. He was previously an ADA and is highly organized. Cross posting this from other review sites! Bryan Stephenson was beyond helpful when it came to helping me with my case. This was the first time I had ever been in a situation where I had to hire a lawyer, and Bryan made the process extremley easy and simple for someone who has minimal to none understanding of how the law works. He was also very understanding in my worries and no matter how "stupid" I felt a question was he was always willing to answer with patience and clarity. He never made me feel "dumb", and I never left a conversation feeling confused. I don’t think I can adequately put into words just how grateful I am for Bryan. I was really anxious about the consequences that I was facing with my case.
