Mr. Stephenson was wonderful. For my first time ever being in trouble he made this whole process as least stressful as it could be. He overly communicated with me, answered anytime I called, and most importantly I knew he cared about my case and results. I have already told plenty of people about him will tell plenty more about him. The results that he came out on top with was nothing less than a blessing to me. (Dropped Dui down to reckless) I can’t thank Mr.Stephenson enough!

I originally spoke to a handful of attorneys across the Nashville area when looking for someone to represent me for my DUI charge. Bryan’s name had come highly recommended to me from a colleague whose son had great success with Bryan on two separate DUI charges. After scouring the online web myself: various websites, interviewing multiple lawyers,, and debating between cost.vs potential reward for such a serious offense: I am ultimately so happy that I settled on hiring Bryan to represent me. He got me out of a difficult DUI arrest & instead we opted for reckless driving which will be off my record in 5 years. 6 months unsupervised probation will be a no-brainer. No interlock. He was with me in the courtroom the whole time, by my side, and he was clearly very well respected amongst his peers on all sides of the courtroom. That stuff matters. I hope to never have to deal with Mr. Stephenson again, but if anyone is even in my position I will most certainly be recommending him without any hesitation.

Bryan Stephenson is the attorney to have hands down, his expertise is unmeasurable. His connections with DAs and other attorneys are extremely impressive and reputable. He was always two steps ahead and knew exactly how to make himself available in our defense incase there were any gaps or lingering questions by DAs before anything got set in stone. I saw a lot of reviews here about him being slightly more expensive than others but you get what you pay for, especially when it matters. Highly Recommended!

After getting pulled over for DUI my blood work came out to a .149 and my situation wasn’t looking good. I did my research and scoured the internet for DUI lawyers. I also took recommendations from people in town but after consultations with all of them Brian stood out as the best option if I wanted a fighting chance. Aside from being extremely knowledgeable and personable he is also truly passionate about his work and that’s the guy you want in your corner. After the first phone call you will know right away he is different from a lot of the other lawyers out there. Bryan got the DUI charge dropped and got me out of doing the often mandatory 2 days in jail. First day of court people seemed to know Brian including the judge who seemed to be fond of him. He clearly had a reputation and a positive presence in the courtroom. If you want your best shot in court I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
