I am so grateful to have Bryan Stephenson represent me and I highly recommend him. Bryan Stephenson is a first class individual who is skillful, knowledgeable and has the ability to work his way through the court. With his representation, I reached a conclusion with his ability to negotiate with the prosecutor for a dismissal so that it was not necessary to try the case in court. On a more personal note, he is both empathetic and brilliant professional. It is abundantly clear that I was his foremost concern. He clearly outlined what to expect, and presented an honest assessment of my case. While I hope that I am not involved in another incident, should that ever be the case, this is my attorney of choice. I know that I will be well represented.

I really appreciated all of Bryan’s efforts in my case. It was my first time DUI offense, and I was pretty scared since I had never been in trouble with the law before. I had a lot on the line and the consequences for a DUI are pretty severe. I made a lot of calls that week and Bryan was the only attorney that reassured me he wouldn’t take a conviction outright, that he would fight for my case. I hired him and it was the best decision i could’ve made. He always responded quickly to any concern I had and was available through text or call. He was also very good in following up with me. The day of my court hearing he told me the charge was brought down to reckless driving with supervised probation and a few hours of community service, which I am SO grateful for. DUI convictions are life changing and I am thankful I came across Bryan’s office and hired him.

Bryan Stephenson was beyond helpful when it came to helping me with my case. I was facing a first time DUI and implied consent. After researching different attorneys I decided on Bryan Stephenson. This turned out to be a great decision! I am self-employed and driving long distances is a major part of my life. What impressed me the most was Bryan was on the phone way before the court date trying to resolve the matter. I noticed while most attorneys wanted to be first in line to get out of the courtroom, he would wait around to be last so he had more time to talk to the ADA. Bryan through negotiations had the implied consent thrown out and expunged. I received a reckless driving charge with no loss of license and best of all no interlock. I paid a small fine and was on my way. Bryan is the best in the business and knows how everything works. He was previously an ADA and is highly organized.
