He's great! Very straight forward. Let's you know right away if there is a case and then he gets results. The majority of his client's are referrals from other client's, which says a lot about the quality of his work.

My roommate married an American woman, although he also has a secret wife back in his home country, Nigeria. After my roommate got his temporary green card, he claimed that his American wife "abused" him (NOT TRUE.) My roommate was the aggressor and his American wife fought back. He made sure to take pictures of HIS minor injuries (A small scratch and a bite mark.) Because of this fake abuse claim, he is able to proceed with getting the permanent green card. I found FRAUDULENT documents in his room, fake signatures and fake seals, using the names of his fellow, criminal friends. All of which were given to USCIS as "authentic." As soon as his realized I saw them (around 9:00 at night) he immediately called his lawyer, Mario Ramos, for damage control. Marriage fraud is running rampant in Nashville and crooked lawyers like Mario Ramos are aiding these criminals get away with it. If any Americans are reading this review: DO NOT MARRY ANY FOREIGNER UNLESS THEY ALREADY HAVE THEIR GREEN CARD OR CAN GET THEIR GREEN CARD WITHOUT YOUR HELP.

He is the Best

It’s sad that people are leaving bad reviews because of Price and because their expectations are not met. Immigration has strict rules and Mr. Ramos does not lie, he always tells you the truth, even if that’s not what you want to hear. There are waiting periods and priorities within NVC that he cannot control. Each form and process takes time, no one does it for free. His prices are higher than the “notary or lawyer” down the street because he knows what he is doing and will get the work done! I had a very hard case and he helped me obtain my citizenship through marriage. I would strongly recommend him for Waivers, he is the best (he did mine and my husband’s). Again, you get what you pay for and with him you get your money’s worth.
