I called 3 weeks ago and asked if they helped with unemployment insurance claims. The receptionist asked about 4 questions and said that I would get a call back. I never got a call and it would have saved a lot of wasted time if she would have just told me no in the first place. It's very unprofessional to leave potential clients waiting for nothing.
