I was hit by a driver who ran a red light doing 80 in a 40..I was hurt my car totaled I called the Roth Firm and they were outstanding and I highly recommend them if you are ever in an accident!

This place has went completely all out for my family && I. I had someone t-bone Ebony (My lawyers assistant) && Oscar my lawyer have put so much work && effort into helping my family && I.I was hit && my insurance company still made me pay my deductible that ending up costing me every penny I had for my 3 kid’s Christmas. Insurance company didn’t even bother trying to get my deductible or anything (ALLSTATE!). I reached out to these wonderful people && they have been on it! I can’t give too many details but, they have went above && beyond to get me && my family what we deserved. I’m forever grateful for all the hard work they have done. If I ever get into another accident this will be the place I call! I will update my review when everything is behind us but, if you’re look for an attorney that will stand behind you the WHOLE way this is the place to go! I just want to thank the Roth firm for having Mr.Spivey! I got in a wreck in March and after not feeling so hopeful with my first attorney, I found out I got switched over to Mr.Oscar Spivey. At first, I was very frustrated and confused. However, this man answered every question, concern & even put up with me getting fussy at times. I never had to wait days for a response and sometimes I woke up to him calling me! Him and my case manager fought really hard for my case and I got more than I was supposed to originally. If I could give 6 stars, I would! 10000x10 recommend!

Attorney Spivey and the Roth Firm handled my personal injury case. While it took longer than I expected to be resolved, they handled all the details, which took that burden off of me.
