Great team

I give 2 stars strictly because of Joe (who isn't even an employee of yours anymore). We loved Joe. He actually acted like he cared & would call & check up on my son often. But Dunham as a whole, Worst Law Firm EVER!!!! Hired them for my son & was made to believe they actually cared. But every single court date a different attorney would show up & none of them even knew my sons case when they arrived! We told them we wanted to stay in general sessions & solve this issue there but no, they were more worried about filling their pockets! The last attorney who was sent to represent my son was Ethan Smart & he is by far the worst attorney I've ever met! He didn't know anything about my sons case & acted as if all he cared about was getting money. We ended up with a horrible deal & could of gotten better with a public defender. If you like your freedom DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! ESPECIALLY ETHAN SMART! After paying $12,000 you'd think we would of actually been treated properly & actually been listened to.

Mr. Austin was very kind and understanding along with answering ANY questions we had concerning my husbands case. He did a great job with getting my husbands charges dropped and him out of jail. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Austin. EVERYONE in the office at Dunham & Jones was nice and helped anyway they could.

I hired Austin at Dunham and Jones after looking for a firm who had a good reputation and also would be willing to work with me on a payment plan. They not only were able to give me a payment plan that was manageable, they were understanding when I had to call and asked if I could make a smaller amount or change the payment dates by a few days to get through the week financially. Austin was very knowledgeable and informative during the case and if I had any questions or concerns, he was quick to respond and give options for a solution.
