As first time small business owners, we were in dire need of someone who knew the ins and outs of creating an LLC, business licenses, trademark filing, beer permits and liquor licenses and navigating the necessary steps through city codes and council requirements. We were lucky enough to be recommended the Schaffer Law Firm and we never looked back. They held our hand through it all, answered my six thousand questions about what I didn't know I didn't know and kept us right on top of every date we had to hit and license we had to file.
