Awful. Didn’t even bother replying to my intake form. I had to follow up. Also wanted money upfront before even a conversation. I guess that’s the way they do things in TN. We appreciate you! 👎🏻

Mr. Raybin was great all around. He took time to listen and understand my case from the beginning. We discussed process and outcomes and was willing to explain anything I didn’t understand. Mr. Raybin and I spoke throughout the course of my case and he kept me well informed with what was happening.
