David and his paralegal Sharon were absolutely wonderful. I needed help with my disability claim and had actually been turned down by other lawyers. He advised me before even charging a single penny. He told me what documents I needed to pull together, how the disability process works, and it’s pitfalls, and he advised me on how to communicate with Social Security. All before I even hired him. I did wind up having to go all the way through to the court process, at which point I hired him. He prepared me to go to court, and then he was there to represent me in the court process. It went so well that we didn’t even complete all the questions before the judge asked the Medical assessor for his opinion. It was favorable, and I was granted disability back to my last day of work, and of course, going forward. I highly recommend David and his team. He’s easy to work with, very personable, very knowledgeable, and he gets the job done!

I wouldn't waste my time going to meet Mr.Weissman on any case , I went to a appointment with him he told me that I need to file for a hearing which I did then he still didn't take me as a client!! I think he's bipolar,told me one thing but did right the opposite.. Wish him the best but he sure was a great waste of my time and money hiring a driver to bring me up to his office..👎👎

After receiving poor representation from attorneys who were ill prepared for my case and who convinced me that pleading guilty was my only option, I spent several painful years in jail, away from my family and patients. Meggan took over my case and with aggressive lawyering she had the original prejudiced federal judge removed from my case, and she filed motions which eventually overturned my coerced plea and earned me a new trial. My new trial led to an acquittal of every single original charge including drug distribution by a physician and two counts of causing the death of a patient; and it led to my freedom on the last day of my trial. Picking a good criminal defense lawyer is vitally important, especially if you’re a physician being attacked by the DOJ/DEA who, while having the unlimited power of the United States behind them, can be unbelievably unethical and shockingly inhumane regarding physicians and their patients.
