When my ex filed for a divorce, I fully believed it would be fair and amicable, because that’s what we agreed to. However, then I received a proposal from her attorney. What she believed to be fair was for me to take on all the debt and for her to take all the equity in the house along with taking the kids more than 80% of the time in order to fully maximize her child support payment. I knew at that moment this process was not going to be as amicable as we discussed. I received several recommendations for attorneys from friends, which I called and/or met with personally. However, I just did not feel comfortable with or like any of them. I then received a referral from a close friend (also an attorney) to meet with Sarah Perky. I knew after our initial consult that she was the right attorney to represent me. Sarah did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her to anyone going through a divorce or dealing with any sort of child custody issues. She knows the law well and knows how to get things done. Sarah is also extremely personable and caring. When you hire Sarah, you are getting someone who genuinely cares and treats you like a brother or sister. Bottom-line: Sarah fought for me without spending money unwisely and got me what I always felt was fair and reasonable, along with greatly increasing the amount of days I get with my kids.

John Hollins, Jr. represented me when I got divorced in November 2014. I found him (and his paralegal, Robyn Gornicki-Davis) to be professional, competent, experienced, and compassionate during one of the toughest periods of my life. Hollins told me up front what to expect as far as expenses, and I appreciated that. (And his estimate turned out to be right on the money.) Personally, I found Hollins to be warm, yet tough when needed. I liked his style, and, as I got to know him, his values. I was injured in an automobile accident. My brother referred me to Dave Weissman. Dave got me into his office as soon as could due to the holidays and started the ball rolling on my case. He answered any questions I had and was always very polite even when I thought my questions were crazy. He always returned my phone calls usually same day or the next. I felt that he had my best interest at heart when negotiating my case with the insurance company. If I ever need legal help again he will be he one that I call.

I was represented by David Raybin and 100% would recommend his services if you are in need of a top notch defense attorney. David took the time to get to know myself and my situation, routinely answering emails as late as 11 PM at night. Coming from the fast paced business world, I was used to having communication answered quickly and had no expectations on how long it would take for a lawyer to answer my many questions - throughout the 3 month process David routinely kept me in the loop, replied to emails, and proactively reached out. I never felt out of the process, rushed off the phone, or like I was just a number.
