I'm very happy that I hired Mr. Raybin to represent me for my DUI arrest. His explanations of all aspects of the legal proceedings and what to expect once a deal was reached were great. He was patient with all of my questions, was timely with his responses and represented me in the manner in which I wanted to be. I credit his relationships and history with the court as the 2 reasons that I had the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend hiring him.

I hired David to represent me for a case years ago and I’m still suffering from this financially. He had an Ashley Ferrel show up at court and when I asked where’s David she said he’s not coming. Case 14C3653 was lost because no witnesses or proof for me was shown during the trial although there was plenty to present. My son showed up and after hearing the woman falsely suing me testified, we had a break and my son told Mrs. Ferrel, “none of her testimony is true because I lived with my dad put me on the stand to testify”. She says everything will be alright, and she didn’t let my son testify. She cost me $35,000 on incompetent council, and knew the suing party was lying. It didn’t help that Mrs. Ferrel was 9 months pregnant and went into labor the following week and told me to find another lawyer for my appeal. Then because the new lawyer was a crook and failed to file my appeal losing my appeal on “TIME” violation. I won $15,750 myself against that lawyer in General Sessions but guess what, try to collect against a lawyer. I now have the woman Mrs. Ferrel lost the case to by not calling anyone for my defense, trying to steal my house while I survive on social security. Oh yeah I’m deaf in both ears and when I told Mrs. Ferrel I couldn’t hear in court, she says if anything important happens I’ll let you know. She lost the case for a handicap person. Mr Raybin and Colleen were very caring with my case. They were diligent and found a problem that 2 other lawyers could not or would not try IDK. They had to do a lot of searching in my case to find old records and in the end my record was expunged which I didn’t know was even possible. Thank you Colleen and Mr Raybin for caring enough to get my record where it should’ve been.

Ben represented my son in a DUI matter. The arrest was in late March and my son’s hearing was not until July. During that time, Ben was always very responsive with returning emails, calls, etc. He also did an excellent job in keeping both myself and my son informed about developments in the case. I could not have been happier!

Ben was great. I contacted him from another state as I had received a citation while in Nashville but do not live there. He was prompt in his replies, explained from start to finish how the process would go, gave me recommendations for traveling to ensure I was present at court, and how to navigate the courthouse once I arrived. He consulted with the District Attorney and was able to get my case dismissed!

Ben was awesome. He communicated with me every step of the way and made me feel like he was taking my case personal while trying to help me. He was able to get the results we wanted and was worth every penny.

I needed an attorney in Tennessee that could help me with an old legal issue in TN. I am from out of state and I searched online and comtacted his office. I got very lucky. I made the right pick. Mr Raybins assistant took my information and Mr Rabin did the research and called me back. He was very knowledgeable and he clearly explaining my options and really made me feel at ease. I hired him and he did the rest. He kept me updated on the progress and was always very quick to reply to my emails. He filed to have my record expunged and once it was completed sent me paperwork with instructions. I am from out of state. I wish he practiced in my state!
