Divorce sucks but this place is good

A couple of years ago, I found myself in need of a good attorney. After searching around, and making phone call after phone call to lawyers who did not have time to meet with me even for a few minutes to discuss my case, I found Martin Sir and associates. I called the office, and within the hour I was in a conference room with Mr. John Agee, managing Paralegal of the firm. John listened carefully and attentively yo my problems, legal and personal, letting me vent for what seemed like hours and after hearing it all, good, bad, and ugly, told me he would be happy to help me down this road of divorce and custody. Being in the military, there were several complications stemming from my benefits and duties to the army, but the combined knowledge of the staff there, when it came to military issues, quickly and easily helped me overcome any hurdles that arose. Let me also say, that I am not the easiest client in the world to have. If there was something that could be done wrong during a custody and divorce, I was the guy who did it. Time and time again, I made decisions that were not always in the best interest of my case, and being as stubborn as I am, I initially didn't consult Peggy or John before doing so. After every bad decision, John, Peggy, Martin and the staff helped me through it, and we moved on. I quickly learned that you need to listen to their advice, regardless of what you may think of it, or how hard it is to hear. You can always count on them to tell you the truth about your circumstances, which is what you need through this ordeal. Over time I developed a relationship with the staff there, more so than just lawyer/client. They made me feel almost like family. To the point where I could and did talk to them on a personal level. John Agee, the soul of the firm, bent over backwards at times to help me both with my case and personal life. I won't go into details on here, but I couldn't be where I am today without their help and guidance. After 2 years of a extremely difficult and exhausting divorce, complicated by endless motions and mishaps on my part, I now find myself divorced, and much better off than what I should be thanks to them. If you are one of those people that think that your case is hopeless, and you think you have no chance of coming out anywhere near OK, you need to hire this Firm. You will quickly realize that they are worth every penny, and will get results that you could not imagine. If you think I'm kidding, just give John a call and ask about me, after he recovers from reliving my mistakes, I'm sure he will elaborate..you have my permission John. I am still using Martin Sir and Associates for a couple of other cases I have going on (believe me when I say my life is complicated) and will gladly rehire them again for any future issues I have. One of the few good decisions I have made in my life was to hire these amazing people. You should follow my lead and do the same.

Martin and his staff are the definition of professionals. In my profession, I deal with attorneys pretty consistently, and finding myself in need of a Family lawyer, I found Martin. I was in a venerable place in my my life and they helped me the entire way. I would definately recommend them to any father and husband who is looking for a firm who understands the male side of things and they will do everything to help you through this trying time. I was very pleased with the service received from Martin Sir & Associates through out my divorce. I was in a very bad place when my husband and I split and everyone I worked with and encountered at the firm were very compassionate and caring and didn't seem like they just wanted to handle my case for the money. Pro Se litigants beware of Martin SIR Attorney at Law in Nashville. Mr. Sir is abusing the system he is in by doctoring orders opposite of what judges state, and ONLY doing this to the opposing parties who are PRO SE. His clients then are able to take this false, fraudulent orders and abuse the Pro SE litigant until they get what they want by THEFT. This attorney has perpetuated on my family, and its time to expose. When I realized what was transpiring, as a Pro Se litigant, I started obtaining the CD's of the hearings. I now have the evidence I need over the last year and a half and what has transpired in my own case to provide anyone that will help us a chance to expose this attorney for his ILLEGAL practices. THE poor deserve just as much say so in the system as the rich. Mr. Sir will also call you to change a hearing date and send you an unsigned agreed order, then show up on the original date to get the motions you filed DISMISSED. I have orders unsigned, opposite of what a judge said and it has enabled his clients to obtain people (yes people, as if they are property) by FRAUD. My previous court appointed attorney, has notified me of a recent order that is NOT the one she signed. I was informed there is another Pro Se litigant he is doing this to now. If anyone has experienced anything with this corrupt attorney please post. I am pursuing this legally with suit and would be happy to speak with you about your case as well. This attorney is EXPOSED.
