Alandis is a great lawyer who vigorously represented me in a complex termination involving sexual harassment as well as gender and race issues. He was very easy to talk to and work with. That said, he was assertive with my former employer and I felt like he really stood up for me, that he was in my corner. My case was quickly resolved and I am happy with the outcome. While I was out of town, the contractor hired to built onto my house made a significant error and deviated from the building plan. The contractor was refusing to correct the mistake so I contacted Alandis to understand my options and get the contractor to correct the building mistake he made. Thanks to Alandis, the contractor went back and fixed the error he made. Having Alandis on my side helped me gain piece of mind since I was out of town when this stressful situation occurred. The issue was resolved quickly thanks to Alandis, and now that the addition is complete, I’m content with the result. Had I not contacted Alandis, I would have risked extended construction delays and added costs because the contractor wanted me to pay extra to fix the error that the contractor made.
