My field rep Ben Perrett was not only very helpful and informative, he arrived before the appointment time!! 😁 You don't see that much these days. A lot of worry has been taken off of my shoulders by letting them take over my situation which gives me more time to improve my health.Thanks!!

They did absolutely nothing they said they were going to do and we're of no assistance whatsoever.
As it is now the end of April, there was 0 follow-through with the response to my review. So what I mentioned above is exactly still accurate.

The representative was very informative and professional. He was very concerned about my accident and wanting to help in anyway he could. He wanted to know everything that happened to me and how I was feeling now. Everything was explained where I could understand it. I feel very comfortable with Hughes & Coleman and would recommend them to others.

The employee was not very well versed in knowing the business it was so obvious she was reading from a script. I was not confident they would or could help me.
