I would highly recommend Hughes & Coleman to any of my friends and family. I never thought I would need representation, but after my accident I quickly learned I did. They were very compassionate, understanding and informative throughout my case.

This office represents my passenger in an automobile accident. I've been present for conference calls, meetings, and investigator overview, and find then not only to be VERY THOROUGH, but also available for ANY QUESTION and ANY CONCERN a client has. Justin, the attorney representing my passenger in the wreck, is AWESOME and willing to spend lengthy amounts of time on the phone, answering emails, and meeting clients whenever they have a concern or question. When life falls apart, like often happens after a car accident, it's comforting to have an attorney looking out for you! Addressing your questions and concerns, but also making sure you're getting the medical care you need. I've not once felt this firm has anything other than their clients best interests at heart. They certainly aren't "ambulance chaser" attorneys, and they follow your wishes in resolving your claim, even when it reduces their portion of a settlement. I've seen many attorneys who push clients to extend treatments unnecessarily, see doctors and practitioners just to inflate the claim value, and encourage clients to "run up as many bills as possible", just to increase any possible settlement. Hughes and Coleman, and particularly Justin, an attorney with their offices, never follow this nefarious practice. They're honest, across the board, even when it reduces a claim's value, or costs them money or fees. They believe it's better to be honest, than rich from misleading and fraudulent tactics. My hope is that you're never in an accident, or need an accident attorney. But if you are, give Hughes and Coleman a call. Meet with them. See if they're a good fit for you, and your needs. If you have the experience I've come to know, with them, you'll be happy you called, and pleased with the results they provide!

I paid a collection over a year ago. However, today I called the ISP that I used in the past. Reagan, Robinson, and Young transferred the account to another firm. Doing the right thing gets you know where. The firm will not help with the Credit Agencies, because it is not benefiting them. Stay away!

Over a 3 years now I have been transferred from one paralegal to another..I understand that it can be a long process and do not fault them for that but have not once even seen my attorney or any of their attorney's for that matter; things would go smoother if you had someone to talk to face to face.
