Not only has he helped my sister and brother in-law IN MULTIPLE Occasions. He actually helped me through a mistake where I got pulled over and missed my court date, it was almost to late to do anything and he gave me extra time to get my things ready with a fresh court date. He has assisted my whole family in a way I never thought an attorney could or would and he's absolutely a stand up guy I woukd Recommend him For ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING and he will be by your side at all costs to make sure you're handled, and taken care of. After experiencing a horrifying head-on car accident where my mother and I were struck by a drunk driver, I immediately reached out to Eddie to ask his advice as to whether I'd need an attorney moving forward. Eddie gave me advice, and offered his services, which I quickly accepted. Eddie handled the entire process for us, was always in close communication when needed, and just overall saved my mom and I from a huge headache in dealing with what was already a terrible process of healing. I am not one to spend time writing reviews, but I felt it necessary for this experience due to the excellent service I received from Eddie. Mr. Herbert took my case without questions and offered me his timely attention. My case required four court dates and Eddie was present for each of them and the final hearing he arranged a dismissal. Eddie was very helpful, he always replied to my questions through email, which I have a lot because it was my first time in a legal case. I looked for his number in internet and the first time we met he explained in detailed my situation, all my options and all I need to do, I felt very comfortable and relive because he demonstrated that he has a lot of knowledge.

I had a consultation with Eddie after being charged with a DUI in Davidson county. Eddie gave a quick, reasonable, and fair assessment of my case given the limited knowledge he had of it at the time, and instilled confidence in me that he would work as hard as he could for the best possible outcome, which is why I hired him. Once hired, Eddie worked to keep me informed of my case's development, the options open to me, and any possible outcomes. Further, he was happy to work out a payment plan given my limited available funding at the time. As the case developed I always felt as though he was on my side not just by virtue of being my lawyer but because he sincerely wanted the best possible outcome for a client that he viewed as an individual rather than a number. In the end, my case was resolved quickly (2 months) and with results that I could not be more happy with (I was only convicted of reckless driving). Compared to other stories I have heard of cases drawing out for upwards of a year or lawyers simply letting a client get the minimum sentencing for a charge, I felt as though Eddie's work was well worth the money.
