Rachel has been invaluable to our small tech business. She's helped us with everything from contracts to business partnerships as well as recouping past-due payments from unruly clients. I highly recommend Schaffer Law Firm. I used them for trademark services for my nonprofit, and loved my service. They are a small, boutique firm and were a perfect fit. They were always accessible to me, and I never got "lost" among their clients like you would at larger firms, especially here in Nashville. With my situation, there was a possible conflict with an existing trademark, and they handled it perfectly and knew how to correctly apply for my trademark so we were not in competition. I'll be using them for all my future trademark/copyright needs.

Sean answered the call and devoted all his time and resources from the start. I was very pleased with his wealth of knowledge and wisdom in dealing with my case. I was provided with consistent updates and insight to where we were in the process and never left in the dark. I pray I don't need a lawyer again any time soon, but if I do I'd gladly go back to Sean to represent me.

Mr. Weissman was referred to me after I was injured in a car accident. I had never been involved with a lawsuit before and was hesitant to proceed. During my first meeting with Mr.Weissman, all hesitation went away and I felt confident that he would handle my case with care.
