Best law firm in Nashville! I received a very large settlement by using this firm. Extremely happy with my experience. I highly recommend using this firm for any personal injury need.

My back was injured when I was hit head on by a truck on the wrong side of the road. I called Rocky McElhaney the next day. Rocky called me to talk about the wreck and my injuries and asked what could be done for me that day. They immediately sent James Klein to my house to talk about the wreck. Over the next few months, James and the rest of the staff at the firm worked very hard for me in dealing with the other party's insurance company. I was always kept up to date with every minute detail, but only when I asked! Overall I could not have asked for a better experience working with this firm. Five stars hands down. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys to handle everything for you. You will NOT be disappointed with the results.

I came to Rocky three and half years ago, I was involed in a accident that made the news and was pulbic saftey concern for everyone that traveled on highway 109. I was angry not only for what happened to me, but for the public safety as well. I called Rocky and he took it to the news media so we could send a strong message to the construction company for there negligence and irresponsible practices. After having been involved in an auto accident, I contacted the Law Firm of Rocky McElhaney to handle my personal injury legal issues. Due to the unfortunate circumstances of having been involved in two auto wrecks over the years I actually had to hire the firm twice. No one ever wants to have to deal with lawyers or be in the middle of a insurance dispute but if you do, I can honestly say that these guys are consistent and they took care of me both times. Called after Googling. Their website and internet searches show that they do nursing home and medical malpractice. When I called I asked specifically if they did this kind of law. I was told yes and asked if I would like to speak to an attorney. Asked again if they did this kind of law and was told yes. Then had me waste my time telling the attorney the information only to tell me they don't do that kind of law they have gravitated to accident claims and gave me a phone number to call. My time is valuable and this was a waste of time. They should have informed me when I asked not once but twice if they did this kind of law.

I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone is so nice and helpful!
