A distracted driver hit me. He went right through a red light looking at his phone. I was injured bad. I had to have 2 surgeries on my neck and shoulder. At the time of the wreck I was in my work vehicle so I had a work comp claim and a claim against the driver. Rocky, Steve and Paige handled everything. I didn’t have to do anything. They were constantly in contact with me. I never had any doubts they were always in my corner and fighting for my best interests. They made sure I knew what was going on for each step of my case. He and Paige went above and beyond after I accepted a settlement offer to work with my health insurance and collectors to reduce my medical bills and put more money back in my pocket. The work Rocky McElhaney, Justin Hight and my paralegals put into my case has changed my life. I was with a different lawyer first and was unhappy with his efforts. Calling this firm was the best decision I've ever made. He and his whole team are just remarkable people who went out of their way to make sure my husband and I didn't get run over by the insurance company (pun intended). Rocky and the whole team at RML we’re always accommodating, down to earth. I spent months talking to the insurance company who made me almost feel like I was crazy and then when I called Rocky, he not only understood what I was talking about but showed me how the insurance company was trying to twist the story to devalue my case. I don’t have health insurance so it was hard for me to get the treatment I needed but the firm help me find options that made sense so I could physically get to feeling better. While that was going on they were bringing the heat on the insurance company for trying to sweep my case under the rug. It was really validating to be taken seriously. The end result of my case was way more than I could’ve ever expected on my own or without another lawyer. I was involved in a MVA while on the job and I tried to settle the claim without seeking an attorney's advice. I was involved in a wreck just over a year ago. I had been in some fender benders in the past but this one scared me. I didn't start having whiplash symptoms until a little while after. Rocky hasn't been only a lawyer to me. He's also been my friend. I've known Rocky for almost 19 years. How I found Rocky was when I was injured at work.
