Harlene and her team was great after my car accident. I had never been in an accident, nor know how the process worked but they guided me through, keeping me informed enough without bombarding me with more than I needed to know and taking care of everything that needed to be done. I had head injuries and another lawyer had said he wasn't sure it was worth going to court, but Harlene and team helped me settle for the party at faults maximum policy amount with little effort on my part allowing me to focus on feeling better. Harlene is great and dedicated in your case which eventually becomes hers. She handled my case with professionalism and even reduced her attorney fees at the end! It's true my husband and I did expect more than we received but it all came to a peaceful end. Her staff is professional as well and keep you updated. I will definitely recommend her.
